Setting a goal midweek. Under 2300 mg of sodium and over 12 cups of water for the rest of the week. Fingers crossed that the 2.5 lbs I've gained in the last two days are water retention. I've been over on sodium the last 6 days in a row so I wouldn't be suprised.
It's either that or the deadly plateau has finally struck. I knew if was bad luck when I was exactly 66.6 lbs away from my goal weight on Sunday morning.0 -

Yep, definately water weight from sodium. After 1233 mg of sodium and 16 cups of water yesterday I'm down 3.3 lbs this morning.0 -
My goal for this week is to do 30 minutes on the elliptical at least 5 days this week.

Left it to my own devices this week and gained 8lbs. :mad:I know what it was. Monday was a holiday for us and I had a lot of alcohol (I never usually do have alcohol). Missed the gym all week and didn't do my C25K this week either. NOT GOOD!
So moving forward, going to try and go to the gym first thing in the morning at 6am everyday this week. If it rains, I have a back up date with resistance bands and workout video. Time to put me first.
