Hey, my name's Aly. I've tried this several times (this is my third time returning to the site, I think?) but I've always fallen off track. :/ I'm really determined to make a lifestyle change for the better and get fitter and healthier! Supportive friends who'll keep me on track would be greatly appreciated. (:
