squat challege

Today I finished the 30 day squat challege. Im proud of myself. I dont know if I lost inches or lost anything at all from it. But I did gain a sense of accomplishment. Well I just thought I would share in case your doing them and struggling think of me 200 lbs and 40 did it so can you!:bigsmile:

    I am on day 4 of the squat challenge. I am also doing the crunch challenge at the same time. So far I haven't had any problems but I know as the days go on it is going to get considerably harder.

    Congrats on finishing. That's an awesome accomplishment. I have six days left on my squat challenge. Had to have an extra three rest days as I got sick but I'm finally back on track to finish it.

    yes it does get harder after 150 i had start resting about 30 secs every 50 and bending to stretch out my legs.

    right on!!! i loved hitting that last week mark it was so hard but motivating aswell because i saw the finsh line!!!:noway:
