Top heavy

What do you guys think about eating dinner for breakfast? Does it really help eating your heaviest meal earlier in the day than later? My friend just ate 2 slices of pizza and a side salad for breakfast...seems weird, too heavy, and not to mention backwards.

I don't know...I eat different foods all hours. The argument is if you eat heavier meals earlier in the day, you will more likely burn off more calories than you would at night when most are more sedentary. I think it's more about the calories you take in each day. But that's just my little unprofessional opinion...lol0

Seems weird to me. I know that if I eat to pieces of pizza at night, I will retain water the next day, but it doesn't really seem to have any effect on overall weight loss. I'm going to side with the other poster on this one. It all comes down to calories in vs calories out.0

Meal timing and number of meals doesn't matter

Agreed with justsomerandomgirl.
The most important thing isn't meal times, but instead timing your meals so that it help you stay on track and under your calorie goal. Everybody's preference is going to be different.
I prefer to eat light for breakfast and lunch with snacks in between. I have a larger dinner and then some snacks again before bed. If I wanted to change it up and still maintain my weight I could do that, but this is my preference and I enjoy this routine.0
