I was 170 and now 120ish I am not focused on the scale anymore bc it lies and I used to be obsessed lol...but I focus more on become more lean and just challenging myself daily to new goals
Combat is a DVD program through beachbody and is my fav!! Its a mixture of martial arts/ kickboxing and a great stress reliever haha.
Take Control of your life, focus and don't let anything stand in your way!!!0 -
