Potassium.....

I am so frustrated with food labels that don't show potassium count when they are potassium rich foods... GRRRRR! Not sure how to keep track! I'm learning that Potassium helps to prevent water retention when eating twice as much of it as you do Sodium. Very few food labels show the potassium count though... Any one have any tips or resources?

It appears that most potassium rich foods won't come with a label. Think fresh. http://www.healthaliciousness.com/articles/food-sources-of-potassium.php I am always high in sodium and short on potassium as well.0

Oh wow I thought with all the bananas, spinach, and avocados I eat, I might be in for a potassium overload, but good to know that it's beneficial.0

It's frustrating, isn't it? I'm potassium deficient and was trying to track, as well. I made a recipe last night with black beans, and just noticed it showed 0mg of potassium logged I had to go back in and edit the recipe to use a brand that included the information on their label.0
