Help me lifters, you're my only hope.

Because of a hernia repair issue I'm not supposed to work my abdominal group for a few months. I've been doing heavy bike riding for the past few months (Just hit the 1000 mile mark /brag) so my legs are the legs of a God. However my upper body is completly mismatched. I'm going to be healing for a few months, but I'd like to start at least working the arms, shoulders and forearms.

Do you have any suggestions for workouts that touch those areas but put NO strain on the abdominal group?
