Burn More With Less Work

I was in infomercial land last night, and noticed a DVD that claims you can burn more calories by pushing your body less.
Does anyone buy into this philosophy?
Don't you have to challenge your body (get uncomfortable) to see a change?
I think I already know the answer, lol. But who doesn't like the idea of losing without hard work.

Infomercials are just there to make you think the stuff will work...Most of the time, you won't see the results claimed bacuse you have to work to loe or whatever. For example..Liposene or whatever commercial...No way that supposed fat burner will burn mostly fat and a bit of muscle and trim me down without my needing to do anything at all.
Save your money, eat right and work for your effort0 -
