Try not to laugh.
Does it matter HOW you burn your calories?
I am not a fan of High Impact Cardio - but I can burn about 500 calories for an hour of jogging. Does it matter HOW I burn the calories, as long as I'm burning them?

nope you can burn them playing tiddly winks if you like. Would that be healthy for you, probably not but you are still burning them.
I burn mine walking and lifting weights0 -
It doesn't matter as far as getting the calories burned...but weight training is beneficial to your metabolism and longer-term calorie burning, so I suggest you burn them that way.0

Not really. I agree with the above poster regarding strength training though if you are wanting to retain lean muscle mass as you lose (I'm assuming you are trying to lose weight).0

Thanks everyone. Yes, I am trying to lose - but I don't want to injure myself or start a crazy program that I won't stick to. I am what you call a lazy weight loser :blushing:0
