Today I put on a shirt that I have not worn since Christmas and low and behold it was BIG!!! I am down 16lbs and counting!

    Thanks everyone! I guess it is hard to see it when you look in the mirror everyday. I am keeping at it. As my goals are at 50lbs loss I get a trip to Six Flags and at 75lbs lost I can finally buy that wedding dress!
