Never hungry! Suggestions?

I know how important it is to eat, but I've found myself to never be hungry ever since I got my Mirena out and started drinking GNC Lean Shake. It's a good thing compared to how I used to be, always hungry, never satisfied, always craving. It's also not a good thing cause I'm not getting the daily calories that I need! I have a shake for breakfast, an apple for snack, I'll have my lunch around 2 or 3 and it usually consists of chicken with salad or depending what I cook for the family I'll have some with salad on the side then I'll have another shake around 7 or 8 right after my workout. With just that I feel more than satisfied but I know it's not enough... or is it good enough?
