Not eating enough? Eating too much?

I don't know what's going on. I'm not losing weight. I'm working out every day and eating super healthy and nothing is happening. I'm eating between 1200 and 1300 calories a day. Is that not enough?
I've tried all of the links and stuff that are posted on here to find out how many calories to eat but I'm just very frustrated and confused.

most likely you should be eating 1200 if you are not working out. Since you are working out you probably need to eat more so your body can burn fat and building some muscle.0

More than likely, it's not. Have you figured out your BMR and TDEE? Check out this link for more info:

Well, without going into a big diatribe you only have 7 lbs to lose so that makes it harder. You may be looking more to be fit, than thinner, though so reconsider your goals whether you want to just change the balance of what you eat, and or look to actually gain weight as muscle to see if that gets you the look you want.
ETA: and yes, I do always wear my invisible crown. once you wear one for a little bit, it kind of stays there permanently, no?0
