Hello all. I have a four month old and have recently weaned as I am going back to work soon. Looking forward to hearing from anyone with good tips on weight loss after pregnancy.

Unfortunately, it is the same as any other weight lose! Eat less, move more :laugh: :laugh: :flowerforyou:
Just remember that your body takes about one year to get back to normal after having a baby so don't stress too much if you don't see progress right away.
I have 3 kids and my weight situation was different after (and during pregnancy) for each of them. I'm finally weighing what I weighted before having any kids but my youngest is 2 years old.
So you can do it once you are focused but don't be too hard on yourself trying to get it off fast, it took you 9 months to put the weight on in the first place!!! :laugh: :flowerforyou: Just love your body for what it was able to do, and remind yourself of that whenever you feel frustrated!!:flowerforyou: Good luck!!0 -
