How to exercise and lose weight (when fatigue won't go away)

At 22 and 5'2, I weigh 200lbs. Most of my weight I gained due to having Hypothyroidism, and the fatigue that comes with it can be a real pain when you want to exercise. It makes getting up and doing your thing almost impossible. Any suggestions on how to fight the fatigue?

Is your thyroid under control? I'm not a Dr but would think that that would make a huge diff. Also something to remember is when your tired exercise anyway. After a while the exercising will help you have more energy. Add me for support if you'd like!0

My thyroid is under control, and I take my medication the way I'm supposed to. Fatigue is just one of the things that hasn't gone away, and I haven't worked the weight off since gaining. My problem is just getting motivated enough to get up and work out.0

Hypothyroidism is the worst! Are your levels in the normal range? Are you taking supplements? People with hypo need to take vitamin D3, magnesium, potassium, fish oil, B complex, calcium, vitamin C. Drink plenty of water also. Processed sugar, soy and gluten are a no no, as is frequently eating foods high in estrogen. Check out the page "Thryoid Sexy" on FB for more info.0

My levels are in the normal range, yes. I have been taking supplements, but I hadn't started taking magnesium or calcium. No soy, no gluten, no processed sugars? I can do that.. I think. Water I drink tons of.0
