hi! looking for a little support in my effort to lose 20+ lbs. this site sounds like something I can work with. am 69 and need to get fit before life gets too much to handle. any suggestions especially from my age group would be appreciated. Thanks

I am not a success story by any means, but I continue on. I wish you well. The one activity they do on the Biggest Loser on day 1 that they do on the last day at the ranch is walking. Walking is my best friend. I do other things as well, but I plan to average at least 5 miles per day every day.
I am not yet 60, but realize that with the blink of an eye I will be 69 and then 79 so hope I can get and stay fit for the road ahead.
