Question about monounsaturated/polyunsaturated fats

I'm trying to lose about .5lbs/week. MFP suggests that I consume none of these "good" fats whatsoever. Aren't these fats necessary? (Especially for keeping up the good cholesterol)?

I think it's just blank because it doesn't give you a number to eat *under*. It only gives you a number of grams of fat and then a maximum of which should be saturated, which I assume means the rest should be unsaturated. But yeah, it doesn't really tell you how to divide that between mono/poly. Anyone have good info or links on what the ratios should ideally be?0

U can customize your goals. Change them to 40 carbs 30 pro 30 fat and see how u feel. Lean meats, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, nuts, seeds all good choices.0
