40 pounds down with pics

In the pictures on the left I'm 183 pounds. I wish I had better "Before" pictures but I was really disgusted in how huge I was & never let anyone take pictures of me. These were the only ones that someone managed to sneak of me at my cousin's bachelorette party last summer. Now I'm 40 pounds down, at 143. I look thinner at 143 now than I did the first time I was at this weight, because of the Pilates & running.
I started dieting just at the end of November & started working out in the middle of December. I jog everyday & do Pilates along with a bit of aerobics & HIIT.
I'm still hoping to lose another 15 - 20 pounds but I thought I'd show the difference so far.
I'm loving not having all that extra butt, thighs & face anymore!! :bigsmile:

Phew! I'm only 5ft2 and weigh 145lbs. If you'd said 5ft2, I would have cried because you're so much slimmer looking than me!0 -
