Hi Everyone.
Just a little about me.
I was on another programme like this one which hapld me loads... Because of my lifesyle, I was 17.5 stone, that was last year in May.... I took up the other programme and lost loads through my new found love, WALKING
I went down to 13st 7 but now because I did to much I have a a small problem with my knee. I'm waiting for a scan to see if theres anything they can do.
Because of the problem I wasn't able to get out and now I gone up to 14st 10.... yes its alot better then 17st 7 but I want to get back down...
I did stop my programme which was, by the looks of things, like myfitness pal, alot of self discipyln with ppl on forum to give you support. Yes it was a monthly fee (£10) which I didn't mind at all but I just came across this b4 I start paying again so I'm going to give Myfitness pal a go.
My knee is still a problem but I can still get out but instead of spending all day out on walks I can only get out for 1 hr a time.
Anyways, best of luck to you all and hopefully we can all help each other.
