Hey everyone, I'm a mother of 3 little boys ages 9, 6, and 2. Last year this time I was a stay at home mom that could focus a lot of time on eating well and working out daily. I now work second shift 5-6 days a week and have a hard time finding the time to work out and my eating habits aren't that great. I miss working out and feeling as good as I did last year this time. I would like to start out small by eating healthy and walking more. If anyone is interested in being friends send me a request.
