30 day shred question

Hi! I've been doing the 30 day shred and have a quick question. Two weeks into doing the dvd my knee started bothering me. I don't know if I hurt it while doing the DVD - I haven't been doing the DVD every day (more like 3 or 4 days a week with some treadmill days mixed in), and when I did it on Friday, I paid extra close attention to how she did each of the moves so I was sure I wasn't putting extra strain on my knee. So, my question - would you continue to do the DVD or wait until my knee feels better? And, outside of the tips that she gives, do you have any other suggestions for an aging knee while doing the DVD? It hurts most when we do jumping jacks/jump rope - the squats/lunges are actually not so bad. THANKS for the help!

The first day I had horrible knee pain. I realized I needed a different (walking) warm up. I also will switch moves that I think are not good for my knees (sometimes I will run in place or march in place). I will mix and match stuff. I also do not do forward lunges. I think there was a fitness hoop training that I took that mentioned that forward lunges can be bad for sore knees. I also make my lunges wider (Chalean says that in Turbo Sculpt) and I don't go as low.

Thanks! Maybe I'll just sub out those cardio moves. The lunges didn't seem to bother it - but the jumping jacks were the worst. I really want to stick with this and not use this knee thing as an excuse to stop! Thanks!
