For anyone that likes Blue Cheese dressing, which is very high in fat, I found a low fat alternative, that is very good. I've not had it for a few months now, it's difficult to find. I found it at a store in Ohio, called Reider's.
The dressing is Bolthouse Farms Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing
2 Tablespoons has 35 calories and 2.5 fat, 1 carb, 0 fiber, 1 sugar, and 2 protein.0 -
