Lost 25lbs, but now my clothes are too small?

Hey everyone, this is my first post on MFP!
So, for the past three months i've been going to the gym and eating clean, for the most part. Ive lost about 4% body fat and lost about 5lbs. before the three months i lost about 25lbs but without gym, just eating well - so in short since September i've lost about 25lbs.
I am currently 197lbs with 39.5% BF (working on it) and I am 5' 5'' and 21 years old!
my body is alot leaner since working out and definitely feel and look different and a lot smaller, however, my clothes that i wore before i lost all the weight barely fit me or if they do its a pretty tight fit.
I also get bloated really easily, which may explain in the clothes - after i eat i get a big round bloated tummy - no matter what is i eat i just seem to inflate - feel free to check out my food diary.
I have definitely gained muscle, and i love it but i've also lost fat and quite bit of weight but my nothing fits me!
i drink a lot of water, its my best friend! i drink well over 2 litres a day and i eat regularly.
has anyone ever experienced this? any help or advice?
i love my new healthy lifestyle and i really enjoy working out but i feel like the work i have done especially in the last 3 months has not really shown - i have been stuck on 197 for about 3 weeks (thank god i haven't gained!)
