PICKLED VEG AND FLOUNDER SOUP- CALORIES??

Hello MFP friends! I know someone out there can help me! So, there is this restaurant here in Philly that I LOVE (Han Dynasty) and they have a Pickled Veg and Flounder Soup. Not cream based, clear broth. LOADS of pepper and spices (Schichuan style) and I really can't find anything unhealthy about it. The problem: How do I count these calories? I am thinking I estimate the ounces of flounder and then estimate the amount of pickled vegetbales. But I would like opinions on this. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELP!:smile:
