I am down 28lbs since I started this journey a few months ago... but was unsure if the result were actually showing.
I typically avoid being in pictures...but, I somehow managed to seek into the background of some pictures from my little nieces birthday party on Saturday and I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't think I looked fat in any of the pictures... and no double chin! I thought I looked pretty good!
I still have 31 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight.... but I am happy my hard work is actually starting to show
