Thankful!

I am so THANKFUL that I have found a way to shed some weight. I joined "My Fitness Pal" in March of this year and I am finally loosing after trying many different things. I was beginning to think that at my age (67) it was impossible to lose weight. I joined a bootcamp and attend three times a week and set my calories at 1200 per day. To my surprise it is not difficult and I feel much better than I have in a long time. I actually lost 5 pounds two weeks prior to joining and 16 pounds afterwards giving me a total loss of 21 pounds. I still have about 40 pounds to go, but I am so encouraged that I will most certainly continue doing the same things. :blushing: :blushing:

    21 pounds is amazing, and I wish I was this far into my weight loss journey! Keep up the great work and you will lose the rest!
