New to this site and have experienced the ups and down many I see on here also have mentioned. I am not someone who wanted to be a "calorie counter" but.... giving it a try and so far it has led to weight loss, although I fall off the wagon occasionally and go over. I sometimes feel like Adam Sandler in Big Daddy where he says I eat a doughnut and his butt jiggles for a week but want to get back to my 2000 weight and tired of the excuses. This site helps you with looking at food different and be disciplined so it does frustrate you but think if you stick with it long term it works out.
I have a very good friend who got me started but feel free to contact me since we all need encouragement or just someone to tell us to put that doughnut down!
