lose inches off of the thighs

I found a really cute skirt and bought it even though it wouldn't go past my thighs. What workouts would help me lose inches so I can get the skirt past them. I mostly am doing zumba and once a week body pump. I did couch to 5 k recently and finished but mentally seem to be stuck and just can't run. Which isn't good since I am doing the color run in a month. Thanks for any suggestions. I got the skirt for a really great price so if I can't get into it its not the end of the world.

You can't target loss from your thighs.
The only thing you can do is continue to lose weight and/or body fat.0 -

Reverse mouth curls. It's were you put something in front of your mouth, and then put it back on your plate without eating it.
Eat less, lose fat, wear skirt. Done.0 -
I have to disagree respectfully with the postings. I have HUGE legs and have been using HIP HOP ABS for 2 months now and have seen a significant loss. I am not a beachbody coach, or related to one, but I can tell you I see a major difference. I have lost over 21 inches and some of my friends, who don't have such huge thighs, have lost 37-39 inches in the same amount of time. I particularly use the "hips, bun, thighs" DVD and cardio burn. I workout 6 days a week, no fail. I am really happy with my progress so far. The set costs about $20, well worth it, if you live in the US and can buy it. Keep working it, it does come off!! :happy:0

Your legs got smaller because you've lost weight.
Good for you for finding a workout you like. But weight loss is what caused the shrinkage.0
