sometimes i feel like the weight loss if going slowly, so i decided to check my measurements

i've lost 4 inches on my stomach!
i've lost 4 inches under my chest!
i've lost 2 inches on my boobs!

things like this make me happy, and make me realize that goal i'm working towards will happen eventually! :)

    definitely! sometimes the scale will make you feel bad. inches don't lie.
