Weekend Junk Food

I've been seeing a lot of "I ate so much junk this weekend"...

Ya know... Just because its the weekend, doesn't mean you should trash the hard work you did all week. I allow myself a "cheat meal" usually its my Sunday dinner. I try to do my best to train as hard as I can during the week and even on the weekends. I don't want to wake up Monday morning and feel like complete poo.

Stop and think about the foods that you eat and how they make you feel. Treat your body right and you will feel awesome.
