Wisdom teeth removal?

Can I exercise during my recovery? I'm getting them taken out on May 16 and I don't want to ruin my streak. I am going under general anesthesia and they are surgically removing them. Would I be able to do light jogging and calisthenics? Or should I take the full week to recover? I don't mean I'm going to be working out the same day, but maybe the day or two after?

I would say if you were to do any type of exercise, a simple walk would do it, no point pushing your body further especially after a surgery... After it heals in 2-3 weeks then yh go balls to the wall to make up for lost time!

Thanks! Yeah, maybe I'll just stick to taking my dog for walks everyday that week.

Most likely you're not going to feel like exercising for a few days. Best thing would be to talk with your surgeon, outline what a normal exercise routine is for you, and see what s/he says.
