Hello Everyone,

I am 22, 178lbs my starting weight before i joined MFP was 197 (Between 5'6" & 5'7")
I have had MFP for less than a year. During my last semester of undergrad I stopped logging my calories and stopped my gym membership because I literally had no time.

But I am done and free to get back on track. I am looking to lose 25lbs by July, big feat, I know.
Before I had not really interacted on MFP, but now I am looking to see how others tips and advice can motivate me. If anyone had great regiments or tips they would like to share for beginners, I would greatly appreciate the input! And of course new friends are welcome. Hopefully we can help one another.
