adding recipes

Okay I'm stuck. When I go to add a recipe I can't seem to find raw ingredients that I use to cook. Even if I were to add them, I don't know how many calories and sugars and what not are in a plain par boiled chicken breast, let alone any of the other things I add in to a casserole or soup.
Someone help?

I am in the same boat. Heck I even have the break down of calories per serving (a lot of the times) from example ....the site skinny mom...it is a site where moms (I am not one but I love this site) they take recipes and skinny ize it lol .. tweak it so you cut the calories down....
but I have no clue how to add the recipes. I get there thinking I can just put the calculations in for example 12 carbs etc. but it looks like you have to put each item in. Which is a long process and also when you do a search say chicken There are a ton of different ones some being 180 cal difference (example)
Can any help or direct a link that breaks it down for those who are feeling around in the dark?
Much appreciated! More then you can imagine.0
