Starting anew: Any help/advice?

Hello to all,

I am 22, currently at 178lbs (5'6"-5'7"). I had been on MFP for a while before I stopped logging calories and going to the gym due to my hectic schedule. But I am now free and ready to give it my all.

I would greatly appreciate advice/input on what my calorie intake should look like for my weight and height and exercise regiments that have worked for you all. I just really want to get as much information as I can that would be beneficial. And of course new friends are welcome, hope we can support one another.
