Ditto C25K....just get out and run, and do a little bit more than you did the day prior.0

There are so many things you can learn about running, equipment, nutrition and everyone will have an opinion. Here's mine.
- Get running shoes fitted at a running store.
- Pick a training plan C25K, Hal Higdon are my favorites.
- Run at least 3 days a week if you are able, 4 or 5 is you can.
- Have a load of fun!0 -
