Post workout food ideas?

What do you guys eat after working out at the gym?

    I eat breakfast. Usually egg whites, perhaps with cheese and/or sausage/bacon, sometimes on toast or an English muffin or in a wrap. Sometimes I have oatmeal. If you're looking for non meal ideas for a post-workout snack, bananas are great. Maybe with some almond/peanut butter. A simple glass of chocolate milk is a great post-workout choice as well. I also like Mojo bars quite a bit.

    Usually a protein shake. Sometimes baked chicken breast or salmon with veggies.
