Binging, weight gain, muscle, fat, water....

Hello,
first of all, I should tell you that I am one of those who posted in the Success stories. I started at 5'7 tall, 151 lbs, got to 129 lbs, then 2 more down, 126.8 lbs. Very happy. I lost most of it through clean eating ( although fairly high cals ) and lots and lots of gym . I became a gym addict.
Well, this weekend was my Easter. Still is. I am Christian Orthodox. Tons of yummy foods in the house, plus cakes, pies, chocolate eggs, bunnies, etc. Things I don't normally eat......
So after almost 3 days of eating ( or better said overeating ), like 2500 - 3000 cals a day, ( my maintenance level is about 1600 -1700 cals net ), I gained 6 lbs.
I was 133 this morning, from 126.8 lbs before Easter.....
Problem is, I still have tons of those yummy foods from my mom and family. I cannot throw them out, we don't throw food out... I cannot give them away either, they are mostly ethnic/ traditional things.... most of them I cannot freeze.... So I have no choice but to eat them until I clean up my fridge.
Even though I am exercising heavily ( today I did 1 hour of heavy weights and 1 hour of intensive cardio ), the weight still seems to creep up.
NOW THE BIG QUESTION:
Will this time of overeating help me at least gain muscle ????
I expect to be overeating by an average of 700-1000 cals every day for about 7 days total... ( almost 3 passed already, with a 6 lbs gain, I suspect not all fat, it's just impossible).
Please help.....

It's not all fat, it's mostly water weight.
If you're eating 1500 over maintenance everyday, then that's going to be a pound about every couple of days. Your body doesn't really create muscle that quickly, even "chemical enhancement" won't produce 5lbs of muscle per week.
Even if you're getting enough protein for hypertrophy (which I'm gonna say is doubtful if you're mostly eating baked goods), 1 week is going to be negligible.

Well I personally wouldn't eat it.

But if you are gonna eat it, at least manage it a little better, not binge.

And if you're gonna eat it, you should be lifting as heavy as possible. Might as well, while you have the extra energy.

If you are binging every day for a week or two, prepare to gain only fat. Women can only gain muscle at a rate of .5 - 1lb a month, and that's it everything is perfect and you're lifting heavy. However if it is truly only 700-1000 daily you're not gonna end up gaining much, especially if you're working out 2 hours a day.

    Thank you.....
Yes, I have no choice but to eat what is in the fridge. Don't want to go into details but I just cannot "get rid " of it/ ( moral reasons).... so I am enjoying it even though I am fully aware it's terribly bad for my shape.
As for exercising, I will try to do another 2 hours tomorrow.
One more question... even it's it's mostly water gain, where does it go? I don't feel my clothes tighter, but I do show a 6 lbs gain!
