I have a BMR of 2419.15, so does that mean if I ate 1500 calories a day I'd naturally burn around 919 calories?

If your BMR is 2400 you burn more than that on a daily basis. BMR is how many calories your body burns at rest... so if you were in a coma you would burn 2419 calories a day. Everything you do besides laying in bed not moving burns more calories. You should be netting your BMR to help preserve muscle mass.0
