Cup o' Noodles are delicious, but oh-so-not-nutritious! Have you ever checked out the nutrition info on those babies?

I would suggest to use udon noodles. You can get them in the produce department at the grocery store. The noodles are really plump and tasty and much more filling than Cup o's. They also have much less calories and fat, and not much sodium if you choose to not use the spice packet that they come with. I like to make them without the spice packet but add carrots, peas, egg, celery, or whatever floats your boat. You can add some low sodium soy sauce while eating if it needs some added flavor.

Give em a try. You might love them :)
