Does anyone know if the nutritional information on most packages of pasta are for "dry" serving size or "cooked"?

It should say. Mine does. I've mostly seen nutrition info for dry though on boxes.0

Water has no calories so your pasta would have the same amount of calories whether consumed dry or cooked.0

Actually after you cook the pasta it takes less amount to fill 1 cup then it would dry.0 -
The serving size on the box is for dry pasta. Since the cooking time will change the amount of water the pasta holds, it should be weighed dry as it will vary once cooked.
For most product the nutrition information is for the raw/uncooked weight unless otherwise stated.0 -
