How many calories tae bo extreme burn?

I did tae bo extreme today , and i was wondering how many calories did i burn, i broke out in a sweat, but i wasn't dripping in sweat, this version uses 1 lb weights but i used 3lb weights, also it was 55 min long including warmup and cool down

weight: 130
height: 5'1
age: 26


Any help would be much appreciated

    I am not sure and have been unable to find out myself on another version of Tae Bo. If you type in Tae Bo in the exercise section it says 866 cal per hour (ish, i weight a lot more than you); but I just assume that is the minimum I have burned since my workout is more intense than regular Tae Bo.
