protein powders

Hi all,

My Dr. has suggested that I start drinking a protein shake a day but I am having problem finding one that is not overly sweet. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried multiple brands both vanilla and chocolate.

    My preferred brand is Allmax especially if you're looking for something not overly sweet. It has subtle flavors to whichever one you buy - the chocolate mint i find quite refreshing

    They are are plain and no sugars or sweeteners added.
