Hey everyone,

If you're like me, you lack in upper body strength and therefore struggle when it comes to push-ups. I found this site while surfing amongst the internet. I am on week 3 now and I DEFINITELY feel stronger! I just wanted to share this with anyone who was wanting to check it out and try it!

This program will definitely make you stronger, BUT be prepared to repeat some of the weeks several times. 6 weeks is not realistic for the average person. I started off in the low 30's and I am up to 75.

I am starting this tomorrow. I just took the test and BARELY got 4 regular push ups done. I have zero upper body strength.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I will have to repeat some weeks.. I'm okay with that though, as long as it makes me stronger. Congrats on your success! I am eager to be at your level. :)

I found a push up challenge myself today! Along with squats challenge! I am horrible so I KNOW I will be repeating weeks... best of luck to you!

My wife and i did a pushup challenge between Thanksgiving and Christmas last year. We used a deck of cards. I take a card and do the value in pushups. She'd take a card and back and forth. With Aces worth 1 and all face cards worth 10, a deck contains 340 pushups. We got to the point where we could do the whole deck between us in less than 20 minutes. It was kinda fun.

I am doing this ! I am on week 4 ! it is very good, I have gone from struggling to barely do 6 full pushups to 20 ! Ii think I may need to be on this week for a while though.

this hurts my wrists a little, any pointers?

You could grab some cheap push up handles...makes so that instead of having your hands flat, you instead grip the handles. I like it much more than hands on the floor.

That's actually a pretty good idea. And that DOES sound fun!
