I know it's not really possible... or is it?
This morning I weighed 7lbs less than what I just weighed myself.
How is that even possible? Any explanations?

Absolutely. Happens all the time. This is why you should weigh yourself at the same time of day each time you weigh.0

You had a lot of sodium today. That will make your body store more water which weighs 8 lbs per gallon. In the morning you are dehydrated slightly from lack of fluids over night. So it's very easy to gain 7 lbs in a day.0
