    I did the standing ab workout....twice! I loved it!! I'll be doing those moves more often!

    I did the standing crunches which was a great wo! I can feel it in the upper part of my thigh as well as my entire ab & mid section. I have never seen that particular exercise before, but I like it. Thank you very much.
