Weight loss goal speed?

I'm a bit of a lurker on the forums so this is my first post and i'd like to take the opertunity to thank everyone for making this such a fantastic resource.

A few weeks ago i read a thread that had a breakdown of what a reasonable expectation for weight loss was as someone approached their goal weight, but for the life of me i can't find it.

It was something like :
More than 50lbs = 2lbs a week
50-30 = 1.5lbs a week

and so on.

Anyone got that info still?
