Hello from Sth Yorks - UK!

Hello to one & all, around the world!

I joined the site last week and been updating everyday with my mobile app. I thought I was doing ok until I started logging my food, now I can see where I am going wrong. I eat mostly clean foods and very rarely eat anything processed, due to the chemicals and junk hiding in there!

I am female, a UK size 12, and now I am 34yrs old, my weight seems to be tending to increase slightly. I have never calorie counted before and I am liking the process of logging my choices! I walk with my dog every day and do the odd jog and play tennis. I intend to start a real fitness kick in 2 weeks time when my PT will be back from his holiday.

I find this site positive and very supportive and will continue to use it to it's fullest! I hope to read some success stories on here and will be adding my own!

    Hi I started mfp in Jan and have lost 34 lbs so far.
    Logging is really important and helps u realise what you are actually eating.
