This morning I did day 2 of level 1 of my 30 day Shred and let me tell u last night my stomach was in pain from it
I'm still not really sure about how meny cal that is, I been reading something's on here and 1 said u take your wight and times it by 1.11, I weigh 215 and it really give u 27 mins not 20 so that game me 310. But I'm exieded about this DVD my cuz wedding is June 22 and I would like to lose that 20 they said it would do, everyone says it works.

I usually log 30DS as circuit training and have found the calorie burn to be fairly accurate. Also, while the DVD is 27 minutes that includes the warm-up/cool-down which aren't part of the actual circuit training so I only log the 20 minutes. Good luck! I just did level 1 day 2 on Saturday and I'm doing day 3 tomorrow morning. I'm taking breaks so I'll get it done in 60 days rather than 30.0

When I did the 30DS, I logged it as Circuit Training....and it's pretty accurate to the amount of calories you actually burn. It's not spot on but it gives you a general idea of how many calories you burned. I only log it for 23 minutes, because the warm up and cool down add a few extra minutes, which I don't count.0
