I've been using MFP for about a month now and lost 8 pounds (was sick for 4 days at the begining) , gained 4 pounds back as of this morning and getting frustrated. I've been reading the boards and the Q&A board. Didn't realize that on the days I exercise that I needto be eating all of my calories not jsut the 1200 I started with. Maybe that was my problem?? Now since summer is here, I'm hoping to stay on track. So far so godo today!!

Just stay with it! You may just be retaining water. Don't be a slave to your scale. And now, if only I could take my own advice!0
