Morning Exercisers -- how do you keep your energy up?

I need to fit exercise back into my life! I am a working mother of two small kids under the age of 4yrs old. I don't drink coffee.... I am looking to start early - my issue is feeling exhausted by early afternoon. any tips to keep my energy up through out the day?

Just the basics: Go to bed a little bit earlier (especially if your kids are still waking at night). Sleep is important for weight loss. And I find that eating more frequently helps. My afternoon snack is often fruit and a palm full of nuts!0
