"Convict Conditioning" vs "You are Your Own Gym"

I want to start a progressive weight training program that only uses body weight. I do not have access to a gym at the moment.

I have seen both programs mentioned on the forums and I am curious if anyone has any experience with both..or if you have a different body weight program you would recommend. What are the benefits and drawbacks to each.
